Off Campus Work Permit Urgent

My friend had applied for off campus work permit. In that one of the following option was incorrect.

Instead of Highest Education Qualifiaction ... He wrote his current program name... Do it will show any problem?

Although I have no personal experience with such kind of mistakes, logically you would think that it should make no impact on an application for a work permit. I think it should be ok, because this question is just a formality, it is not important in this situation. You may want to call a CIC center to ask their opinion, but it should be fine.
