If September Term Starts from 11st Sept then for the month of September my total working hours would be more than 80 hours because the first week was under the scheduled break. Is that OK?
Secondly, If I work an hourly job @15 hours a week and I work as a freelancer for a fixed rate every month then am I still maintaining my 20 hours a week criteria.
