Off Campus 20 Hours Query?

Hi,
If September Term Starts from 11st Sept then for the month of September my total working hours would be more than 80 hours because the first week was under the scheduled break. Is that OK?

Secondly, If I work an hourly job @15 hours a week and I work as a freelancer for a fixed rate every month then am I still maintaining my 20 hours a week criteria.

I do not get ur question ..its 20hrs per week not 80 hrs per month criteria. so if the week is over u cannot carry forward those lost hours. lol.

Secondly, how do contract non-hourly work count towards the 20 hours restriction.

were u registered full time student before 11 sept?meaning during summer term or winter term were u taking any classes. if yes then yes u can work fulltime till the term starts again. also here I am assuming sept 11 is the official day of ur college/university fall start date not the date ur classes start

I wouldnt know answer to this question my guess it would be business not sure

I worked full time during the summer break that lasted till Sept 11. After Sept 11 I am working 20 hours a week. I guess it should be fine then.
