While I was waiting for my husband to land his PR, I saw a few signs saying "Did you know visitors to Canada are only permitted to stay for 3 months without written permission?".
I thought this was odd, we've crossed over plenty of times and were never given visitor records, but maybe that is just something they don't overly enforce? I assume it means they should give out VR's if you say you are staying longer than 3 months.
Anyone know?
