There's a couple of confusions I'm facing while filling out the IMM 5710 , I'm just going to lay them out as points
1. The document number : isn't it the bold black number that starts with a letter , at the study authorization/permit page that was stapled in my passport upon entry?
2. I ticked the "I want a work with new employer" : So I've put N/A in their names and addresses and put Ottawa , Ontario in the location and "undetermined" in the description of duties, is that OK?
3. Expected duration of employment : I've put till april to the study permit expiry
4. Payment : I have two of uncles here , I'm living with one and the other is living in Edmonton. If i use their credit cards , and the carholder name and address appears different, Is that going to be a problem for CIC?
