Guys it's so sad to hear na narefuse ako pero I still keep my faith with me. Though my employer wants to give new lmo coz he wants me to be there. He told me that he saw my eagerness to work in a foreign country at an early age but I guess this will add up to his another frustration so I better give up this TIME only. Magppalawig muna ko ng job exp ko and as soon as I get my credentials I'll start puzzling my dreams in working and residing in that wonderland. Anyways, I just wanna make sure sana kung tlgang after 6 mos pa ang reapplication? Anyone who knows what's the link of the info about that please reply here po. Salamat. Keep the faith pa din mga kababayan. Magkkavisa din tau. Di man ngaun maybe in the future.

Hello ann! I'm so sorry to hear that you've been refused. But you can apply again. I don't think you have to wait till 6 months because by then your lmo would have been expired. I think you can apply again when you are ready. I've seen people apply twice with the same lmo so I don't think the rule says you can only apply after 6 months. Take note of their reason for refusal, and improve that on ytour next application. Good luck! Don't give up.
Basta try and try again to get to where you wanna go!

Guys ganon tlaga ang process. I respect their decision ksi trabaho nila yun. Anyways I tried to texts my employer and sabi ko bla khit ikuha niya ko ng new lmo with noc code 6641 kitchen helper which I think much related sa previous job ko. Bka di pa rin ako makalusot ksi i still need to solve few more grounds of my refusal.

Here are my detailed refusal

-you were not able to demonstrate that you adequately meet the job requirements of your prospective employment

This reason came from the mismatch of job qualification vs my job exp


-you have not satisfied me that you will leave canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay. In reaching this decision,I considered several factors,including:

*your family ties in canada and in your country of residence

ksi my pibsan ako sa SK

*limited employment prospects in your country of residence

idk how to explain this one

*your current employment situation

employed nman ako since july 2012 up to present kasi kkgrad ko lang last april 2012
And i got my kitchen crew exp on 2007-2008 for a year and a month duration


I'm still lost di ko alam if need ko ba ipaassist sa agency. Idk yet pa kung sure na magkkvisa kung ggastusan ko sa agency. Anyone who have ideas about this or may kkilala na may gantong case..please share ur thoughts here. Thanks

Naka recieve ako ng mail from embassy urgent kasi need i renew ng passport ko any help gaano katagal process ng renewal ng passport and anong ibig sabihin?

Ask ko lng po sana, until wen p po ba validity ng passport nyo? And panu nyo po nrecv ung advise from the embassy? Thru air 21 or email? Ung renewal po ng passport dito smin sa province it took 12 days for rush. Pero last year pa po un, im not sure po now and kung gnun din sa manila.
