Seems no one else has submitted an EE application this month, October 2025

I submitted today and got my AOR.

Category: Trade Draw but was drawn under CEC
ITA: Sept 18 2025
AOR: Oct 15 2025

Definitely...surprisingly, many applicants with AOR from Sept 11 (EE) are yet to get BIL...

Yea. I don't wanna interpret it and just leave it as ircc not being predictable as usual.
