who will get this PPR email ?? is it a Representative? or PA ?
Yes I do see COPR number and expiry date on the tracker. We did not opt for the representative in our application.
PA received the PPR.
Have you connected tracker as well? Biometrics should be completed in tracker. GCKEY is also same for me but tracker is showing it as completed.

today i have received information letter on my spousal outland PR application. Not sure whether this can be considered as PPR
PPR would have instruction to either send your passport or a copy of your passport to VO.
