How long does it take after medical request and approval to receive next update?

How long does it take after medical request and approval to receive next update?

Based on what I am observing for Sep/Aug 2024 inland applications, we will wait around 6-7 weeks after completing medical until we receive P1, then a few days to P2, and a month or two for the actual PR card. That's around 3 months after medical until you get the card in your hand.
