I am a Canadian PR, Applied for spouse (have a spouse pr application) on October 10
Biometric updated the same date(previous application)
Review started on October 22

Any idea how fast can we get a visitor visa? We said we want to meet up in November,2022 in our application.

Processing depends on where spouse applied from and approval is based on strength of profile - funds, ties to home country, travel history etc. Approvals for TRVs are low for spouses of PRs.

Probably not by November unless she has a US visa or expired Canadian TRV. If from India, processing is 4-6 months.
She already had applied for a trv visa in august,2022 which we had withdrawn in October to apply for a new trv visa in October as my dependent. So, I believe they also consider that previous application data...

Confused…you say “she already had a TRV visa” so it was approved? If so, why would you withdraw as the application is new and starts from the beginning. When did you get married?

My spouse had applied for visitors visa in August,2022 before marriage but it was getting delayed so we had to withdraw it in October,2022 after marriage and apply for pr as well as trv visa.
