No, total calendar day presence was 674 before becoming PR so counted 337 as 0.5 days. So, my Question is during the above mentioned time she was on Visitor visa and Super Visa. Is it considered as a temporary resident and whether this time spent in Canada can be used for total physical presence or not?

Is all 806 days and 674 days happening in last 5 years ? Not travelled in last 4 or 5 years ? Then you should be good.
Another check is any waiting periods between visa extensions etc. I guess it is a valid stay once visa gets approved. Check in that perspective.

And then give a call to IRCC to understand better.

Average varies from 62 to 114 days!

2-4 months is not bad at all! At least we get the answer that everything is alright. Hopefully, it will not take more than 2 years for the citizenship app to be aproved.

Try to look for the status on following link using your UCI:
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do

I was in similar situation, but found out later (through above link) that the AOR mail was already sent to me, although I never received it due to some email glitch. If that is the case, you will need to call IRCC to get your 'Application Number' that you can use to create your tracker account.

I thought I need to share mine too. No idea what was the exact cause of AOR delay given that November applicants got theirs way ahead.
