Aakash, Vimal and I completed our tests in July and are still waiting, office is Scarborough. I have also heard of September applicants from Scarborough waiting .So guess its going to take some time
It is very slow. when we submitted our applications in 2021 the processing time was 12 months, later on it changed to 26 months. The entire process is extremely stressful and a lot uncertain. it was a mistake to apply online

Online or paper - the distinction does not matter that much in the long run. There are many of us who applied on paper stuck at the same stages as online applicants.

Received an update today, fingerprint results received on Aug 14, 2022, and my background, language skills, prohibitions, physical presence have been marked as completed as well on Aug 15, 2022, waiting for oath now.
I don’t belong to this thread but sharing it here just incase someone’s following my timeline etc.

My oath has been scheduled for October 18th, I’m Edmonton based.

Hello All

I'm new this group. I'm an online application of Oct 2021. Except oath everything got updated on August 25th and received ghost update on September 2nd and then there is no movement on my application. What would be the time line between test and oath. My test got updated on July 4th

Timeline varies by the office you are with and in some circumstances by the individual too. Please advise your office, and someone here may be able to answer.

Yeah, I totally agree with your above statement. This is a very incentive question to ask in a forum where the only ones that active are the ones that are still waiting for the process to be finalized (mostly the ones that have had their process delayed for god knows what). So you already had the citizenship ceremony, Why is it important for you to see a “completed” in your file? All you should care is that you get the citizenship certificate in the mail, and that is it. Cheers!
@idealman2019 has posted on this thread that they had issues with their internet connection during the oath ceremony after cutting up PR card. Their concern and question about the time line for "citizenship ceremony" being marked complete on the tracker is completely justified...

Even if you missed the post about their reason, let's try to be kind to one another here...

While this might ultimately be true (and I hope it is), it remains to be proven. Our spreadsheet shows only 7 online applicants with oath complete, versus 23 paper applicants.
