did you request urgent processing for all member of family one by one? or you sent just one request for whole family?
i'd suggest you to give CIC a call and clarify with them, this would be the best and quickest way...
I didn't know there was an Urgent Processing option when we sent the documents by mail as a family. On the online form, one can only request it for one person. There is no option to request for the whole family.
I tried emailing CIC and got a round-about-the-bush answer that didn't tell me anything useful apart from waiting and checking the tracker.
What number should I call? Is there one where you actually talk to a person and not a machine?
