Depends on the office. Scarborough is taking 4 to 6 weeks for Oath. Mississauga to the best of my knowledge sent first Oath invite for next week (saw on Facebook group so there may be other cases).
Are all oath invites coming via email or is it regular mail?

I don't understand what kind of order they use or if there is any order for test invite. I applied in October 2019 and in process since February 12, 2020. I didn't receive test invite and I can see some people from mine timeline received it. I am so angry and frustrated.
I'm with you on this! No clue what these immigration folks are doing to justify their processes here. Same boat, AOR January 2020, and nothing! And no recourse for us applicants either. And it's definitely not a Covid issue when folks who applied right in the middle of the pandemic already have their processes completed!
