I applied for my PR card last October and got in a month.
I believe you can also carry your COPR along with your passport.

I had my interview on 25th. Halifax office and still waiting as well.

it says on the COPR that it is not for travel purposes. Does anyone has experience traveling with COPR

Have you done your test? It’s not as predictable as it should be. Last year, I had my FP requested before the test. This year, I got the FP after passing the test and after the interview request. So, who knows? But I’d guess an interview may be in the horizon.

Wondering if I should put the pause on my COVID-19 inspired self-study certification to focus on the test before I've even got a date?

Can somebody add me, please? From what I can tell, there are many people 3 months ahead of me that were received at the same time. Worrying.

Nothing to get worried. Just forget about your application; Sorry; Time will take its own time.

2018/2019 Applications are not their priority. They are looking at 2020/2021 application to improve their stats.
There are many like you and me.
I had test in Feb2021. 2 times done background cleared/expired/cleared. Now waiting to get expired for 3rd time.

Eventually I managed to got the problem with registering for application tracker fixed.

Based on tracker, I have oath ceremony scheduled for Feb 4, 2022 but I have not received any email or letter yet.
I wish it was sooner. I see people having their oath ceremony 2 months after their application status is changed to decision made, and here I have it more than 5 months after status changed to decision made.
No complains, at least I have a date now

Hello everyone,

Please i need clarification just going through my COPR document received today wondering if this will affect me for citizenship or anything. The passport number mentioned is my old passport which expires next year may but I got it renewed and sent to cic but apparently they never updated it. Will this pose a problem for my in any way, or do I need to update it to current passport number. I currently reside in Canada. And I have both old and new passport with me. Please advice me

Hi everyone, I am scheduled for oath ceremony next month just waiting for the email confirmation. I have a question to clarify, kindly please share from your experience and expertise. Last year I renewed my passport from my country of citizenship but I haven't updated this to IRCC my citizenship grant application has the information from my old/expired passport. On the day of oath ceremony when I mention them about the expired and renewed passport will that be an issue? As I have to declare it regardless. Thanks in advance
