Hello everyone, just sharing my experience regarding the request for additional documents for supplementary evidence.
I got first notice on Dec 18 to be completed within 30 days, passport, rental,roe,education..... so i provided everything except for the health history which i submitted b4 the 30 days. Then here comes the 2nd notice yesterday (wasn't happy and felt so uncomfortable when i read it) letter said i didnt fully complied to the request and i have 30 days (i94 history) and good thing they provided the link where i can obtain the documents.
Just a heads up to those who will experience additional documents requested.

Was your test cancelled due to covid? Or there was no progress from "In process" until "Online Test Invite"? Thanks!

Why you did not send I94 data earlier?
Can you share the link they specified? is it https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/history-search or https://foiaonline.gov/?

Thank you for your reply - it has been 1 month since I wrote the test and nothing yet - wife didn’t receive online test invite either.
I believe there are many more people having the same situation.

I send a copy of i-94 (the one u get when u get to the border which is 6 months valid) but thats not what they wanted, they wanted the history which i didn't really know.. until i receive a 2nd notice..they provided the link which is great
Its the i94.cbp.dhs.gov...
Yes thats what i was telling other member that its not the I94 they are asking as cic wanted to verify our entry exit records, not the I94 records.

Also note that if you have more than 100 entries then https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/history-search wont help as you need to get the history from https://foiaonline.gov/ but i assume that you dont have lot of entries hence you can just get the records of entry exit from https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/history-search.

Could you tell please in what format did you present data from the i94 web-site? Screen-shot as jpg/pdf ? Thank you!

Wow, neither did i know that...i only had 45 entries so i was able to obtain that @i94.cdp.dhs.gov/I94/ or else i would still be scrumbling right now...and my travel is just like back and forth like same day..
By the way if i may ask in the group, the office replied back saying i will send it to the appropriate officer...do i need to reply a thank you back..lol..i already said thank u when i submitted the document's ...just wondering

I know right its hard because if u dont have available printer u cant do anything but screenshot...but for me i bothered one of my friend who has printer to print it for me...
So, do I understand correctly you printed the page and scanned it after, right?
I think it may be also possible to Print it to PDF directly without printing a hard copy. I will try ;)
Thanks!
