Just an advise if you wanna keep doing this for a long time, I will suggest a form-based input system and read-only output. Takes away your headache of inserting everything. IF you want I can help you build that on Google forms.

Thanks! Been doing this ever since 2013 We've tried forms in the past, but it got too complicated at a point with too many different months/years. There are enough admins at the moment to update sheets based on posts on this forum.
