We are in the same boat as you. We have a recommended pass for eligibility and on gcms notes it’s says RR. How long did they take to acknowledge the additional documents that’s you’ve submitted? We got an email after 7 days to confirm that they received the document and that it has been forwarded to the relevant office. Also was your security not started when you got your first set of notes? Thank you

what i mean by acknowledge is acknowledge of receiving i got the mail after two days of submitting
I knew about the Eligibility pass through calling IRCC agent and then confirmed through MP Ralph office i sent an email and they replied two days later
Security check started two days after the received the additional documents i guess eligibility was pending on those additional documents

That's actually good news considering recent trends generally. Be calm, pass the medicals, and CIC would likely issue you your PR if no issues with your application before now. I was told to do repeat medicals and got my PR not long after, same for others in this forum too. So cheer up!

I got reply email from Ralph's office

Dear Sumit - I spoke to IRCC regarding your application at CPC-Ottawa.



I have good news – the application was approved yesterday – Aug 6, 2019.

You will receive notification and instructions in the coming weeks.

COPR is valid until Dec 31/19.
