Actually, I am at 101 days since AOR. I just checked my CIC profile. I didn't get this message. So not everyone is getting it. Just a lot of people.

I don't understand... I thought eligibility is the first step, you can't have your eligibility pending while your background check is in progress?! I don't know.... So if you are in IP2, why isn't your eligibility not finalized?

I don't know just the agent gave me the information. However on my cic account, it says we are reviewing the eligibility and we are processing your background check.
It indicates that I am in ip2. Right?

Our AOR is October 15 and we are still in IP1. Can anybody please tell if anyone near that date has moved to IP2. I see many entries in immitracker that have moved to IP2.

Off-topic but please does anyone know how long it takes for them to mail the physical copy of a BOWP to an applicant? Mine got approved on January 11th but I’m yet to receive my copy.

IP1 OR IP2 don't really matter. There are many cases who directly got PPR from IP1. It is better you order GCMS notes or call the agents to inquire about your application i.e. Eligibility, Criminality, Security and Visa Office. What is your Stream? FSW Outland?

No sure. Maybe 30-60 days.
