I personally know lot of my friends who got PPR in 4 months, we all applied together. But later I had to move back to India due to some emergency. some of them got PPR in 70 days and rest within 120 days.

Oh! Was their AOR October too? Also, I guess it depends on your travel history, work experience, etc.

Hongkong, during the process, i called cic, but they offered me nothing instead of telling me my case transfer to HongKong, and they can see nothing on my file, also, there is no update on my account, and no update on the 18882422100 as well

yeah that is what my initial thought was. We all had AOR in October itself. mine was 18th October and I received the PPR email on 18th April. so exact 6 months. but all of my friends had received PPR email by Feb end.

My travel history included US and Australia. NOC 2173

I discovered my VO after receiving GCMS Notes.
Maybe by phone call they can share this information with you.

yes VO was Ottawa, Submitted my passport on 24th currently under process at New Delhi IRCC.

use skype to call, you will have to buy some credits to call. and the number you have to use is: +16139444000 if you are calling from outside Canada. you will have to enter some details related to your application. and then there will be approximately 30-40 minutes before you can talk to an agent.
