To be honest, that is actually a good way to look at it lol.

My bar progress says 54 days left, but I have given up all hope of ever getting it within the time frame. It's just better this way.

I am Having the same thought oh...left with 34 days to the time frame ...

I'd already provided them with my bank statements for 1 year. It shows my salary being deposited each month.
My Proof of funds is a Fixed Deposit statement.

They don't have issue with your pof...just more proof as regard ur job experience if I am right .

Are you saying that the tax that my employer pays to the government for paying his employees could be used as some sort of proof?
Now, I'm just going to get an updated Reference letter, and pay slips for the last 6 months. I'm hoping that'll be enough. I'm also thinking of writing a LOE letting them know that this is a small company with about 10 employees and my salary is below the lowest tax bracket (5 lac in India).

Please provide an additional supporting documents for declared work experience.
Also please provide pay-stubs and Income Tax Statements for declared work experience.​

I've already sent them my Offer letter, Pay Slips for the last 6 months, and a Proof of Employment letter.
Since my salary is low enough that I don't need to pay any taxes, I haven't filed an ITR's.

What additional documents can I provide for my work experience?

Hi, I got the ADR while my background check was in progress. I moved to IP2 on March 1. On March 7, they sent me the ADR.

My eligibility was under review, and background check was being processed. I ordered my gcms notes 33 days ago from getgcms but they haven't arrived yet, so I don't know what my VO is. I've emailed getgcms, but haven't received any response yet.

I agree. What's surprising is that I've already given them all files regarding my job, but now they're requesting more documents.

I don't pay any taxes either since my salary falls under low income.

What you could do is get an updated experience letter from your company and have them mention that your tax exempt because of low income.

Submit your latest pay slips again.

sorry last question....i included reference letter with my duties stated in detail as i was told that reference/duty letter is very important letter....did u attach this along with ur experience letter, pay slips and employment offer letter?

The document that I submitted states my Employment date, status, hours worked per week, yearly salary and a list of my duties.
Would this be considered an experience letter or a reference letter?

Let your company mention it on their official letter head that your pay grade is tax exempt. That is probably the best official proof one can provide.

you can later explain it in LOE too
