Mine one just got updated. I am not sure if it is a IP. It says like this:

3.We started processing your application on March 31, 2015.
4.We started processing your application on June 22, 2015.
5.We sent you medical instructions on April 4, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
6.Medical results have been received.

Hope to get further update soon. Hoping next update to be PPR

It's same my time line
They said started my processing march 30
And june22
But i can see changed ip a few days ago
At that time, i really worried about late ip
I really hope change ip but it takes long time
Next day june22 line disappeared
I don't know why.
Maybe june 22 is real starting day
March 30 is just same aor day
And already nov applicant getting dm ppr copr
But now i requsted first additional document just 2 days ago
So disappointed
I hope they're working on it just no ip update ecas but i think
They enjoyed long vacation and just back to work
And yesterday one more line added
About request document
That update is really so fast haha

As mentioned by Tiffany13, on the first day when ecas got updated as IP, it showed these two timelines for application process start. But next day it disappeared. Now I only have one line for application processing start date as March 31.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I completed medicals with Emedical only. I'm posting the complete ECAS notes here:

4. We started processing your application on June 22, 2015.

But it is not showing "Medicals received". As I said earlier, me and my wife completed our medicals on April 30th and doctor confirmed that he sent the medicals to CIC on May 10th. I sent email to CIO Sydney on May 12th, but there is no reply from them. So I thought they included the medical information to my application. Now, ECAS not updated with my medical status. Few minutes back I sent email to CPC Ottowa with the scanned copies of my emedical tracking sheets. Hope Visa officer will update my status and we all will get Passport requests soon.
