On the spreadsheet there is a spot that says, "# of days for AOR since App Received". What does that mean?

Hi! Sorry for the late update regarding my status, been busy. So here's my drama: on my last post, I mentioned that CIC required us to resend my husband's application (sponsor) because I missed out on one field that I had to sign. We sent it via DHL to the same office address (2 Robert Speck) because we are applying outland (Philippines) and both of us are living in Manila. On the email that we received we were asked to send it to a P.O. Box address but we decided to send it via DHL because it's faster and safer. They received it Nov 7 and Jessica from mail room signed the receipt. My husband received an AOR thru email with his UCI and File number on Nov. 30. Then on Dec. 5 he got another email saying that they haven't received the document that they asked us to sign and resend and they are requiring us to send it immediately. My husband was pissed, it had been almost a month since the document was delivered to their office. He called their call center and the agent couldn't help us because she said that there's no way for them to trace the missing document. We decided to send another signed copy of application but this time we sent it to my husband's parents (via DHL) and asked them to send it to the P.O. Box address. We went it on Dec 6. After few hours, my husband got an email from CIC asking us to disregard their previous email because they received the document that we sent. My husband was pissed because he just spent $40 to send a new one. I told him that it's ok, at least we know that they have what they need to start processing our application. After 5 mins, he got another email stating that his sponsorship is approved and they are forwarding out documents to CIC Manila. Whew! Talk about emotional roller coaster! Now we are hoping and praying that the Manila office will process it faster.

I am sponsoring my husband from the US. Mailed app Oct 15, was received via tracking Oct 18. Medical done Aug 23 2013. We got AOR on Nov 15 and SA on Dec 4 via snail mail. The application is being sent to Ottawa for processing.

Will we also receive AOR from Ottawa?

My application was received in Mississauga on Oct 07, 2013
Online Status Changed to Decision Made on Oct 22, 2013 and we have sent you a letter.
Received an email on Oct 31, 2013 stating you're eligible to sponsor
My wife received an email on Nov 13, 2013 with her Client ID/UCI number and request to submit her passport in New Delhi VO.
Passport received in New Delhi on Nov 29, 2013

Do they notify or send an email, passport received in New Delhi? Can we track our status online with my wife's UCI?
When I check status with my client ID, its same from the day 1.

Hi guys,

how long it took from time they revived the application to time they acknowledged receiving it?

So I received my husbands FBI results 2 weeks ago and mailed them to Ottawa. I know they will most likely not notify me that they received them, and that makes me worry that they won't actually have them. Would it be bad for me to email them to inquire whether they received them?

I didn't receive one from them until I emailed them to ask about something else and they let me know that it was received in their reply email.

If someone wants to add my AOR from Visa Office to the spreadsheet please do!

I am waiting for passport request from New Delhi visa office. Please add me into the worksheet.

When did you do your medical? And did you mail it on the 15th or did it arrive in Mississauga on that day? Just so I can input all the boxes, a link to the spreadsheet can be found in my signature so if you could let me know the blanks I'll update it.
