Can anyone tell me if there is a way to track if Mississauga received my application if it was sent by regular mail?

I dont think there is; unless you sent it via registered mail then you have to wait for the return card.

missworld13 . As far as you mail the medical results/PCC before their expiration date, you should be fine. Whats important is you mail them before expiration, if it expire during their process its not going to be an issue. If they request another medical (which i hardly doubt) you will have to get it done.

My case, i couldn't submit my spouses med because the clinics we spoke to said its dealt directly with the VO electroncally and wont give anything to the client as in a paper copy. I attached a cover letter explaining the situation.

Decision made in your application on Nov 5th sent by mail


Just curious why they send the decision through snail mail!? Does anyone know how long it would take? I know it depends on the mail but anyone already have this happen?

hi everyone, my husband and I will be submitting our application by third week of october. He will be sponsoring me by the way I was reading back on several posts in other topics and i keep on seeing time lines and how come most time lines reflect that the medical was already completed prior to submission? Do you guys receive medical requests at once? ??? Hope to hear from one of you

part of the process for Spousal Sponsorship is have ur med be done first before you submitt ur apps to avoid delays. Coz after ur med they will give you like a accomplish cert that you will attach to ur apps.

same here..lol my husband sent the application Oct. 25 and according to the courier they had received it on Oct.27 still we haven't receive any notification about the application. It gives me a lot of stress..lol that's why i keep my self busy at work so i won't be thinking that much. Hopefully before this month ends they will give us the good news...

@dhey hi sis ok lng ako.ikaw musta na?di ako sure sa nabasa ko eh.may email pdaw sila ippdala hintayin ko pa.pero sabi doon decision made ang sponsorship pero di ko alam kung ano yung decision nila.dko gets eh.ikaw msta yung sayu?

So why would they send my an email for my AOR and snail mail for SA? Especially when they sent my AOR on the 5th and said my desision was made on the 5th as well?
