Hi! My husband got an email today from CIC Mississauga. They are requesting us to resend a document that I forgot to sign. We sent it right away via DHL. It will be delivered in CIC Nov. 7. Exactly 1 month after we first sent our application. Process is a bit slow but I am glad to know that they got out application already.

My timeline:
Application sent: from Manila via DHL October 4, 2013
Application received: by Mailroom Dave October 7, 2013
Medical test done: Sept 10, 2013
Received an email from CIC reg missing signature: October 31, 2013
Sent the necessary document: November 1, 2013

Hoping for a faster processing this time.

Hi,
We just submitted our application last October 25 and still waiting for the notification if they have received it. Does anybody know how long it will take to received a notification from the CPC-M? Thank you

In my case I didn't get any notification that they received it. The only way I knew was from the tracking when someone signed for it. I didn't hear anything from them and then 14 days later I got the Sponsorship Approval.

The CIC emailed yesterday Nov.1 stating that they received our application last Oct.17.

As I've continuously reading this thread, it makes me feel so nervous and excited at the same time coz till now we are waiting for the AOR..LORD please help us..

Does anyone here think that time frame for SA also depends on the visa office the rest of your application will be sent to? It just seems from looking at spreadsheets that Ottawa takes longer than most? Even though all our applications are initially sent to Mississauga? Just a thought!
