I'm honestly not very sure. With no correspondence its really difficult to figure anything out. I've ordered my notes and medical is still in process. I applied outland in October and in may was transferred to la in may

Hi All,
I just wanted to update you all that i received my passport request on 6th november. Submitted it on 10th and received it back with the stamped visa on 23rd. I landed in Canada on 20th Jan and finally reunited with my husband after waiting for 13 months!

It is God's will.... VOH at long last the loooong wait is over! I am taking a long vacation in Japan to destress myself!

Finally Got a decision made! It has been a long hard road and we have jumped through many hoops. We ended up having to get two sets of criminal records and two sets of medicals. because of delays ---But nearly 18 months later, we finally get to see those magical words Decision Made

I just hope that means a positive outcome at last with no more surprises. Now hopefully landing will go well. After such a long time, it is hard to believe that we are in the home stretch. My hubby says that he won't believe it until he actually lands in Canada.

I have applied since October 2013 and my spouse had an interview on February 2015 which says that spouse has clear/pass the interview and same time submitted the passport. Also, new medical is submitted in February 2015 but still my application status is "In Process". Any idea what can I do for the next step? Do you think lawyer can help in this situation? I am frustrated and I appreciate your expert help please.
