I did get GCMS in Nov, and I wrote CEC in Jan and what GCMS says is exactly what CEC tells me in Jan. It said in GCMS my case was to be reviewed by Dec, but its now Feb.

I did write my MP, I did today just write the Minister to see if I can get assistance. I don't expect much. My fiancee also wrote his MP as he has different one.

ECAS status has finally changed to Decision Made, hopefully it's Approved

Wonder how long it takes before PPR email. I just got my passport back from Ottawa with TRV.

Congrats! What does ECAS say? Did it change before or after?

Also, if you don't mind me asking, when was RPRF and Biodata request?

ECAS changed to Decision Made today. 2 days after the PPR.

Also, i never got the RPRF email. I just paid it when i got the MR email.

Hope so. It does seem like there are some who have waited a few weeks after DM until they received PPR.

I applied in December 2012 .. haven't even received medicals and the reply i get from CIC and GCMS notes is the same "file under review since October 2013.." This is soo depressing . seeing people after us getting their PR already too. Why can't CIC finish older files first ... doesn't make sense

I wish i knew how their process works

2012 applicants, particularly those near the end of 2012 had it worst. CIC introduced a new and faster process starting in 2013. As a result have we waited a couple of months more before applying, we would have actually been ahead in terms of total wait time by 5-6 months.

Anyway, that's all in the past. Maybe you can try to get your GCMS again or even through your MP's office so it's done faster?

myself..it is so frustrating...Since medicals done and received in Oct 28..my partner was requested to do further medical. the letter was mailed in November and it took 2months to get to him. They were meant to email me but i dnt understand why they mailed it to him. Anyways, he has completed the further test and it has been submitted to them. Last week.....

I am curious to know how many people, "Married" have submitted Medicals but have not yet heard anything from CIC...
