Thanks for that, that makes complete sense. Ours was sent through Airsure from the UK and delivery was confirmed as the 2nd November, so maybe that's the date I need to add to the spreadsheet.

I was beside myself with worry, as we hadn't received AOR after 35 days. For the last week I've pestered my husband/sponsor, " Have you heard from CIC? Did you check your spam folder?" Then today he calls to tell me that he's been approved as sponsor and Stage 1 is history! Whoopee! I added the date to the spreadsheet but i'm not very familiar with Google docs so didn't add the LOVELY blue color code for "Sponsor Approval." I am so relieved to see progress. Now we have a UCI number and I can check our status every day if I really want to be crazy. :-\

Yikes! This is where I get really nervous because we're at 22 days and we could be approved soon (fingers crossed...)! I'll be checking my junk mail every day now.

I cant wait to have any responce from CIC now.So stressing to be without my hubby and just want to know what is happening so that we could take some decision to move further as this sponsorship has made our life like a real stop,we cant plan anything for the future.Hoping to get an answer soon.Patience to all those who are waiting and my prayers are with you all.
