yaayyy i got my first email from cic.gc.ca stating that they have received my application for PR on october 11th, 2011. my first email from them let hope for good....its all because of grace of god....thank u god....let me know if something u guys received....

no, honestly , I have not. it just showed in my e-cas that they received my husband application to sponsor me , I logged with my husband`s file no.

how can I get my file number? I have not received any emails from the embassy.

I also have the same question regarding the file number. All I have is the Official Receipt no. of my online payment, which is Rxxxxxxxxx.

Tried to log in ecas a few minutes ago and nothing yet.

Your application and mine arrived at CPC-M the same day Oct. 07.

I had my husband`s UCI no , from his previous appl. and since he is the sponsor for now shows like this and I believe that visa office once my app. get there , will give me my UCI no.

Hi to all OCTOBERIAN...!!! can I join? my hubby filled our application Oct. 30, 2011 and successfully received by CPC-M November 1, 2011. ;D

now after some thinking and reading I`m so confused, when i log into my ecas it shows my husbands home address and there are 2 fields in one it said "we received your app. to sponsor Lucky Rain, on Oct.11." and the second field shows " we received your appl. for PR on Oct.11." Could this be a mistake ??? Same date for shruti and me?? I got an email , not from CPC but from my ecas tracker https://ecas.carroll.org.uk/, and after that I logged with my own info just to be sure, and there it was , hm....

i knoww guys its not a big deal....i stil have to go thru that sponsorship approvel thing i m not over with it....it was random but it happened....keep things in a positive way and DO NOT stres over....i have also mailed tham my application for my PR card renewal to nova scotia but it was sent in august not in october. i sent my sponsorship application in october. at first i was confuse like whr this email is coming frm and than at the end it stated mississauga so.....

I got the same email FOR the same date ON the same date. Its simply an acknowledgement that they received the package.
