This is weird in my ECAS they changed the name of my wife, before it was her name and then her married last name but now they have it with her maiden name and married name, why would they changed that when we always had her sign with just married name and not maiden attached

WOW my fellow Octoberians. I have VERY exciting news. My wife has just called me, The Guatemala VO has just called her to advise that the passports are being sent back with VISAS stamped!!! They advised she has to land before June 28 2012 (just about when the MEDS expire)

I am in shock and awe! i cannot express what i feel right now. I never imagined it would be so fast. My daughter will celebrate her 1st birthday with ME!!

hello everyone, i have applied for my husband via outland mexico, application received by cpc missisuaga on october 14th, sponsor approval december 20th, applied for quebec selection and still did not get anything... , does anyone know what is the time frame to get quebec selection for a sponsored spouse?

CIC updated its website ,
current processing time for sponsorship approval is 68 days
working on application received on November 9th 2011. i think they are definitely done with October applicants for sponsorship part here in Canada

Next step, visa office waiting time!

They unfortunately aren't done with October sponsorship yet I called CIC this week to ask for an update and the agent just told me that my application was still in process and it shouldn't be much longer. I even asked if there was a problem with my application but he said no! hopefully they will actually finish up soon!!

I know i still can't believe it myself. This is a miracle. The Guatemala VO is surely stepping it up! My wife was told the courier should deliver the passports back tomorrow, along with the relationship evidence and pictures. If all goes as planned I hope to have my family landed by early next week.
