that means that they approved you and that your VO already put together your pprs , they will start processing them in a couple of days if they didn`t already , good luck :)

But it was only transferred 5 days ago, does everyone get the "medical received message" right away when they get the file transferd?

Hey mosh951,

My ECAS and my wifes still shows "application received" Although we did mail in the Meds from the start and have received ppr.

oh how long did it take them to process your application before requesting passport?
And congrats btw that's really awesome :D

Updates are rarely posted immediately, IMO eCAS is not always helpful.

Yes ECAS is never that accurate. mosh I got AOR from VO Jan 4th and got PPR on Jan 13. Check out the October spreadsheet for all our timelines with our respective VOs.

let`s see who is next in PPR row :P :P

it was the same date for me. Just after two days of receiving approval email from CIC. My ecas is exactly like yours.

oh i guess it just depends on how the different visa offices operate.

this is our week!!! come on PPRs!!!!

@ Queen Mason

I actually mailed the police certs/clearances together with the whole app. I made sure to submit the Meds, police certs and, pay the perm resident fee when I mailed my app back in Oct. All they asked for is the passports and airway bill. My wife sent the passports today and the courier service said they should arrive at the VO on Monday.

Lets hope for more PPRs for the rest of us *fingers crossed*

it is different for mexico. we have to wait to be asked for the police certificates. well, i am here waiting. Lets hope i will get the request very soon.

To nester ,
Well i understand what you mean , but i do not see why 2 call center agents will tell someone he has been approved when he/she is not , by the way if i hadn't called i would have never known that i have been approved and an E-mail sent to me and i didn't receive and they decided when i informed them that i didn't receive the E mail to send a postal mail which i believe on its way now , when i called , i let the call center agent give me all the informations
she was the one to give all the details about for example where my application was sent overseas and so on , so i do not see why people shouldn,t call to follow up their cases that's why they are there! nowhere is written that when u call the delay your file , let's just use our rights when needed
