Each time I call CIC, the agents always ask when did you become a PR. Is it the same thing for everyone?

I got the email that my application was received Oct 31st... Can't log on with my UCI - but I'll check back next week!! So far so good!

Canada Girl,you will not be able tog into ecas until your application is approved as per what I was told by the call center agent today. All things been equal, you should get the approval in the next fortnight.

Canada Girl,you will not be able tog into ecas until your application is approved as per what I was told by the call center agent today. All things been equal, you should get the approval in the next fortnight.

Are you sure about this? I can log into ecas for about two weeks now. I heard they will notify you first about the decision through email and send the paper decision through mail.. but never got the approval yet.
