hi bravo 1234 ,,u have been waiting more than everybody else on this site ???my medical was done on augest 10 and still waiting 2 ,,but im wondering in u case is that normal bcz u already spent more than 15 month ,,good luck men wich u the best bcz that a lot for u even for us im sick of waiting ,,did u ask a lowyer and i think in u case u should contact them more often and contact the manager this lady i forget what s her name ,,good luck bro

i did my medical on june 1th and it has been 16 months in total. I still did not get a response to my email which i have sent 2 days ago.. My timeline is same with bravo.

Medical results have been received...

and finally, still waiting for PPR now...

HI Bravo,
I suggest you keep sending an email to buffalo because we sam to have the same time line. I submitted my application to buffalo last October 10, 2010. I receive my medical request May 2011 and submitted my medical June 16, 2011. Then my file was transferred to Los Angeles for further processing. Then October 15, 2011, they sent me an email refusing my application due to some reason . I wrote them back and pointed out that they overlooked something in my application causing them to refuse it, then they replied me after 2 days of my letter informing me that the reopen my case and requested me to submit a new FBI and local country clearance which I did within 120 days . Then after I submitted my clearances within 60 days I got an email last February 13, 2012, requesting for 490 residence fee.
You have to keep sending them an email to follow up.

i even sent an email to kathy benner but she didnt answer me my processing time is almost 16 months and a half , i think there is something wrong as they dont answer..

Thanks for your suggestion but yah I am following them up since long...I send them email twice a month ...and this month I got reply that my file was under review...Actually its a depressing stage of my life which I think m never gonna forget ever again..M giving my best and hoping to get something soon...I even emailed Catherine this month but she haven't replied me back I think may be she's getting many emails by now...But ill be sending one case specific enquiry again and lets see what they have to say this time...
