My application returned back with the same matter . which was there in Chinese site..

My application Reached CIC on Oct 30th 2014 and they returned my application saying that cap has been reached ...

and send me some guidelines how to apply EE.

Its confirmed now .. dont keep any hopes .

Thats what they mentioned in the letter. its not rumor its true

Matter

your application was received after the maximum of 8,000 complete CEC class applications was reached. you dont meet the requirements of Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing..

This is what mentioned as the reason and they bolded with marker.

when you got this rumor you would have applied EE.. its never the late ..

I applied EE and I was waiting for confirmation for the status of CEC but the mistake I have done is I don't know LMO=LMIA where I would I have a gained 600 points and picked in the first lottery. Well waiting for second lottery as I have more than 800 points. EE says they complete processing in 6 - 8 months . I'm confident will see how it goes..

dont know about you .. my case this is what happened based on my case status you need to decide .. decision is upto you ..

As I keep looking on blog, Sept 17 ppl just getting their file number now. and still i have to wait i guess one more month to know they will give me file number or not. but as i didn't get my file number, can i also apply on Express Entry? is it any conflict?
