Oct 2013 and before applicants waiting for decision

Hi all,

I have been following "2013 July application tracker to CIO Nova scotia" and "AINP oct 2013 PR tracking" threads, but on those a lot of people who applied in or before Oct 2013 have already gotten decisions. So I thought I will make another thread for people who applied before Oct but are still waiting for decision so we can keep each other up to date.

Please post any updates in this thread. I will update you all when I get my case notes next week.

Yes, staying positive is all we can do They have thousands of applications and are under-staffed, so it's understandable it is taking time. Let's support each other in the mean time.

I got my 2nd notes today. No progress at all

My application was transferred to CPC-O on Feb 28 and was put in "PV2_review". It's still in same location. I will apply for another notes tonight.

Can you please share some information in your notes.

what is the notes date?
what are the Assessments status?
is there anything written in your ASSIGNMENT (in page 2 after Paper file)?

10 pages from the end, what are the detailed PAPER FILE History, (Date and location), from the time it is in transit till now?
Also what are the last to notes written ?

As per my notes printed in 10 April 2014, i have the same PAPER File history as you , even exact dates,

also i have the same status for Assessments and Assignments.

I think as i am 26 July and you are 1 August we are in the same patch.

it was a good decision that i did not order another notes after this one as i expected that it will be the same.

i will wait 2 weeks and then i will order a new one.



i hope that we will receive a new update sonn during this month, i am feeling that we will get an updat by next week

Yeah, we should get decisions at the same time

Why do you want to wait before ordering notes? Do you think it slows things down?

A friend of mine (whose case is done) got GCMS notes. He applied in Mid Oct 2013 and got PPR in mid May 2014 (in 7 months).

According to his notes, all the processing was done in CIO-Sydney and only the PPR came from CPC-O. His file was never sent to Ottawa. So it seems like a "regular" PNP based case, with no issues, is completely processed in Sydney.

My file was transferred to CPC-O in Mar 2013 because I sent my PC to CPC-O and it has not moved a bit It's been almost 11 months now but I understand the cause of delay: CPC-O is super slow compared to CIO-S.

Yes they are very slow they 4 months to track my spouse medical

I finally got "In Process" status

Seems like CPC-O is picking up files it got in March.
