Yes, and self attested meaning, you have to put your signature on the copy.

Self Attested means, you to sign the copy of the supporting documents (not limited to just Divorce certificate, but all documents) you are submitting for the OCI application.
For uploading self attestation is note required.

me and my wife are Canadian citizen with OCI. My daughter is born in India, currently she is in India with Candian passport, Is there is any way I can apply for OCI from within India? if yes, what documents do I need and where should I apply from?

Foreign nationals cannot apply for OCI in India while on Tourist Visa, Missionary Visa and Mountaineering Visa. Moreover, the foreigner has to be ordinarily resident of India to be eligible to apply for OCI registration in India.
Note: 'ordinarily resident' will mean a person staying in a particular country or in India for a continuous period of 6 months.
