My spouse sponsored me to canada but later we didn't get along and got seperated.
We don't have any legal seperation document.
We are in the process of filing divorce.
My spouse acquired canadian citizenship few years ago and I became citizen recently.
He won't provide me his copy of passports or oci card.
How to get oci in my case? Do I have to wait till I get divorce certificate which will take months or is there any other solution?
