Will they worry on it for OCI? Do you see anywhere on this kind of restriction?
OCI is not passport hence i assume they should not worry on it.

Yeah, read somewhere someone applied & said yes to that question, application rejected.

I have the same problem. Can you please confirm what did you answer and whether you got the OCI after that?

Hi Did you face any issue, I have my friend also having some proceedings and wanting to apply OCI can you please guide on what actions to be taken in that case? Please revert

No issue. No need to declare if conviction is pending.
