OCI application - what passport details to be entered in front page of online application

In the first page of the OCI application, there are fields to enter passport details. My question is, should this be Indian passport number or Canadian?

As per Instructions in the CGI Toronto / BLS website, it appears this is Indian passport number.

Can someone confirm please?

No, I don't think so. This seems to be incorrect.

Based on the sample form on the BLS website, you are supposed to enter Canadian Passport information. The information in the link you've provided seems to be incorrect.
