Yes, they do require the original copy, its included now in their updated document list. I think I would just be honest with them and I will provide a certified true copy and the request for additional TRF from the testing center directly to them..I do not have an overseas office address to send to.. I'l just try my luck with my honesty :)

Yes, exactly they only send one personal copy. Before I send that copy in my other application, I already asked British Council if they can issue me another copy, but they don't. What they can do is to send the test result directly to where it is required. Also, you are correct that the guideline emphasized that the result should not be sent directly from the testing center. But how can they verify my result then. I still have a certified true copy of it. Do you think providing an affidavit of loss and an explanation letter will suffice it? I will also ask the testing center to send it to them.

You have to submit the IELTS result with your application so it's all in one package, but don't worry you can do that with a bit of creativity:

Some testing centers just ask you for address labels where you want to have the results sent. If you do that, you can just give them a label with your address (I know this has worked for people). Then open it and include the results in your application.

Otherwise, if that doesn't work, ask the British Council to send it to the CIO c/o you at your address so you can include it in the application. That should work.

If that still doesn't work, worst case, simply give them the address of friends or a colleague at your company or another company (that "requires it" ... albeit just to give to you) and have the testing center send it to them.

Good luck - I know you'll get the originals!

Thank you for your suggestions. I need a request form from the institution where it is addressed to do that. I have emailed them previously and they require me to submit a form detailing the institutions need for a language result directly from them. This is getting harder.. :(

Not only IELTS but all documents as per visa office checklist have to send to CIO at intial stage as per updated CIO,

Point No. 12

CAVEAT EMPTOR! (buyers beware):
Do not request that your language test result be sent directly to the Centralized Intake Office . Submit your original test result with your complete application. Also Note: If you do not include your test results with your application, it will not be processed and will be returned to you. Please visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-testing.asp for more information.

I cannot reiterate enough the importance of sending your test result to CIO yourself, be wise! Dig into your creative arsenals and get your original result sent to where you can reach it. There are a million and one ways to get this lawfully - you just need to think. The situation is NOT out of your control!

Again, all the very best!

Full documents means all the documents related to work experience, education certificate, transcript, marriage certificate, relative documents etc...

Do we need to sent all above documents at the time of initial application?

or

It is the same process like old system expect they need IELTS and PCC with initial application.

I mean we must sent IELTS and PCC with Initial application and Everything is same as old process, Am I right?

Everything should be sent in the initial application. This reduces 120 days of waiting time
