My bro in law is a Canadian and he is currently a well settled businessman in Edmonton.. he has got 3 Lmia for hiring foreign employees in his company.... I m from Pakistan.... I m planning to get Lmia from my bro in law and applying for work permit... What do u guys think about the chances of success in my case ?

As long as the job being offered aligns to your previous work experience and/or education, then there's certainly a chance of approval. You will also want to make sure you can demonstrate ties to your home country.

What types of jobs does have have LMIAs for? What is your work and education history? Has he filled other WP for foreign workers? Any other family members? Have you applied for other permit, visas or immigration to Canada before? Is your sister the only family member in Canada? Is she your only sibling? Are your parents visiting Canada or do they have PR, a supervisa or a TRV?

Well, he owns a fleet of 28 vehicles containing limusines, mini buses and party buses. He is one of the biggest fleet in Edmonton. With the help of his lawyer, he has applied for LMIAs for different posts in his company. He wants to hire me as supervisor of his company because I have been working as a supervisor in a hotel shuttle service full time for last 7 months. I have also worked part time in Uber. Moreover, i m proficient in English language and I have got 7 bands in academic IELTS with no band less than 6 last March. That is why he is considering me to hire as a supervisor of his company and he ll pay me more than 30 dollars per hour.
My bro in law hasn't applied for any sort of WP till yet.

I have completed my bachelor in English literature and linguistics last September.

Yes, my sister is the only member who is in Canada and she is Canadian citizen.
We are three brothers and two sisters.

I haven't applied for any type of visa for any country till today.
My parents don't have any sort of Canadian visa and they have never traveled to a foreign country ever.
