Obtaining entry/exit records for PR card renewal

I am renewing my PR card, and IRCC has asked for:

"Personal immigration entry/exit record or movement certificate issued by your country of citizenship and the countries where you have travelled or resided"

I am a US citizen. Any idea which agency I need to contact to obtain "Personal immigration entry/exit record or movement certificate issued by your country of citizenship"? Is it CBSA?

Department of Homeland Security. You are a US citizen. The C in CBSA stands for “Canadian” so that rules them out.
