Objections after medical

I was done with my medical on dec 10 2012 and was waiting for my ppr 1 but instead my consultant called me yesterday and told me That there are a couple of objections that she has received which are


1record of proper funds in the bank
2. Proper proof of my husbands visits abroad. ( he is a driller and travels to middle east every month for past 7-8 years.
How com I did not receive an e-mail and my consultant did and I chk my inbox and spam everyday. It is also said that my file is in the que for closure as I did not respond to their email and the time 60 days have elapsed. Hw can I reply if I didn't receive any email.

Very upset and worried please help I will be grateful.

well she said she got what you call a consultants report on last friday and she informed me instantly. what to do now? i have serious doubts about my consultants

do i have to submit police certificates for any foreign country if you stay there for 1 month only(for work) but visiting that country for past 7-8 years.

there is another problem my husband has an extensive travelling history all work related. i have provided all visa entry and exit copies from the year he started traveling. all the visits are less than 6 consecutive months. what else should i provide the cic to explain his travelling. some of them are in 1990s pretty old!!!!

don't worry about travel history.....many of them have extensive travel history....

If your husband have stayed less than 6 months, you also don't required PCC

Its a matter of time to get visa.........relax and wait for your turn

if your consultant is not asking any kind of money from you then listen her carefully and do the required documents.........you also can request your visa office for further extension for submission ....third thing your consultant may ignore to inform you and now you are at the end of elasped time and she is asking you now..............so work on it and you must have to submitted required documents.......

I am so sorry to hear this news. But please call them right away.
it is the fault of your consultant. he or she was suppose to inform you immedtately. Please call your visa office immediately or write to them. Do not waste time or else your file can be closed.

i wrote to cic and they asked for the same docs but gave me 60 days to submit them. on the other hand my consultant is saying that ur case has gone for closure and yers she is asking for more money for the lawyer to pursue my case as my husband has an extensive travel history. i have a doubt on my consultant that she is just acting as a post office.

she is cheating with you.......so if CIC give you time and you must send the required documents within time .....this is simple you sent previous i hope you are with the copy of last application and copy data from there and paste in new forms and include any other changes or if your husband did more travel after submission application .....its not a matter of pursuing any case its really simple and your case is not closed .......now you can take up own your own....

i also faced same situation.
my consultant missed to forward me additional documents request; which i came to know from GCMS at the end of 60 days time limit. forum advised me to send cse immediately and i did and got another 60 days to submit.

however, i submitted the documets alongwith form imm5476 representative cancellation.

so, don't worry, everything will be fine.

guys, just do 1 simple thing.....

Fill the form "Cancellation of Representative" and send it by courier.....

Give your detailed address and email address to have direct correspondence with you......

Your case will not be affected by 1% also.......you are just removing them from authority and taking the charge...

you know now that i look at my case closely i think my consultant is not even listed coz she does not have any legal assigned number and the forms that she sends are in my name not the consulting company. so i cannot send any cancellation as the consultant is already not officialy handling my case just handling as me (my name)

change the address for correspondence (hope u know their address) and email address by filling the form

Its very simple to remove them from authority......Don't get scared at all with those stupid guys......
