Anyone else feels this is a bit of a mess? No tracking, couple of weeks with my ceremony still "In Progress"... my friend after 9w without receiving called them and they said that it hadn't being printed yet. What can one do?! Without the PR card (had to cut) and a passport, I'm stuck in Canada.
