Hi, just wanted to know if they only send it via email or both physical mail and email?

If you included your email address in the application, all correspondence would automatically be via email. Otherwise, the correspondence would be via mail.

Anyone knows when oath invite will be received after status been changed to DM. Officer said you will receive invite via email but did not specify when.

Days/weeks/months. No one can say. It’s the game of patience. People have been waiting 6 months while some have got it in two weeks.
