2: I have the Whitten text exam on same date and same time at 10:02
How can I perform my written test and take oath at the same time

In all likelihood it is a typo. Your e-CAS mistyped test as oath.

Ps.: However, if it is not ~ Congrats! You're very lucky and one of a kind. Oath could be just following the test. I pray that it is so.

Then it's probably a mistake - they are not good at looking at a map, thought Airdrie is 3 days drive away. Anyway you don't anything to lose. Just go there for the test, and if they ask you to do the oath right afterwards, BINGO!
