NZ PCC consent to disclose processing office

I dont think it realy matters as long as you filled the personal information, previous adress and consent section. Dont forget to merge passport feont and back page scan with it.

Or in safe side you could upload two forms with ottawa and nova scotia written in each . They will pick the rite one.

I have the passport scan, thank you I too believe that the processing office won't be an issue too much but I do find it odd that there isn't better instruction here.

But front and back? My UK bio page and photo are all over the same two pages at the front of the passport. I could upload the back, but that's just a poem about the queen

Just need the bio information. In my passport its on front and back page . In your case its the front two pages.

This Sunday 5th at the latest. We have everything ready now (almost, but the last one can wait). Just want to get this off!!!
