Hi All,
My wife has got a job offer (NOC skill level A) from an employer based out of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Employer is suggesting we go through the NSNP Skilled Worker Stream. Need some help in the application process:-
Step 1:- Apply for NSNP "Letter of Support"
Docs required:- NSNP 100 (to be filled by us) and NSNP 200 (to be filled by employer)
Send your NSNP application to:
Nova Scotia Office of Immigration
1741 Brunswick St., Suite 110A
P.O. Box 1535
Halifax, Nova Scotia B3J 2Y3 CANADA
Do we need to send the forms mentioned in the following link
Citizenship and Immigration Canada Forms:
(Provide copies only with your application to the NSNP)

From what I understood for us we require the following docs to be filled and sent along with the NSNP application:-
1. IMM0008ENU_2D - Generic Application form for Canada - Required
2. IMM0008DEPENU - Additional Dependents/Declaration Form - Is this also required?
3. imm0008_4e - Schedule 4 Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees - Is this also required to be filled? If yes, it says Principal Applicant (my wife in this case) has to be fill this form. Therefore in Section 4 - Can we put our joint funds?
4. IMM5406E - Additional Family Information - Required
5. IMM5409E - Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union - Not Required as we are married.
6. IMM5562E - Supplementary Information Your Travels - I think this is also required
7. IMM5669E - Schedule A Background/Declaration - I think this needs to be filled for both my wife and I (I think 2 forms need to be filled up)
8. IMM5690E - Document Checklist Permanent Residence - Provincial Nominee Program And Quebec Skilled Workers - Not sure if this is also required as we wish to apply for Temporary Residence Visa and Work Permit with the help of Nova Scotia Nominee Program Skilled Worker Stream.
Step 2:- Apply for Temporary Resident Visa & Work Permit >> Apply through CIC in India.
We are so confused as to which forms are required and which ones are not required? Any help will be appreciated.
Also, do we need to send anything to Sydney office in Nova Scotia of CIC for applying the Letter of Support under NSNP?
