I got a provincial nomination in Sept and received ITA on 17 Oct. However, my IELTS expired on 7th Nov, following which I sat IELTS again this month. My results were worse and I fell below the criteria for nomination. I have booked to sit again on 20 Jan, which is after the 17 Jan deadline to submit APR. I am in dilemma which of the options below to take:
- decline ITA and await new IELTS. Not sure if my EE profile will be canceled for lack of valid IELTS
- decline ITA and update EE with the Dec IELTS results while awaiting new results
- submit APR with new Dec IELTS results because they meet EE CLB 7 requirement, and replace with new, hopefully better result after 20 Jan, but I am afraid the nomination will be withdrawn before I submit the new results.
If anyone has experience with such a situation, please advise.
Thanks
