NS100 form - Initial beside each statement

Hi,
NS100 form page 22 and 23 have two dashes ____ , _____ against each statement. On page 22 it does not mention if both the PA(Principal Applicant) and Spouse should initial but at the bottom of the page both PA and Spouse signature is required. I used only PA initials,

Now on page 23, it state tat both PA and Spouse should initial beside each statements, should I similarly do the same for page 22 as required by page 23?

I am a bit confused. Also as one time i have got refusal because of silly mistake, I don't want to take risk. So please help and clarify confusion.

Me and my spouse put our initials '__ __' on pages 22 and 23 and our full signatures below the form on Principal applicant and spouse/common law partner. I presented it to my representative for further checking and said nothing so i guess we did it right since my documents are already in the nsoi.

Hi guys, I wonder how you initials on that form, should you print it out and sign with a pen? or any other ways. thanks in advance!
